Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders, with shipping available to the United States and Canada.
  1. Order Processing TimeOrders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (no processing on weekends/holidays).Canadian orders may require an extra 1–2 business days for customs documentation and import compliance checks.
  2. Estimated Delivery
    • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch (standard shipping via USPS).
    • Canadian Orders: 10–25 business days after dispatch (varies by destination; USPS International handles transit, with final delivery by local carriers).
      Note on Extended Canadian Delivery Time: Longer transit for Canadian orders is mainly due to four factors: strict customs clearance procedures, Canada’s vast territory and longer domestic transfer routes for remote areas, seasonal extreme weather disruptions, and parcel backlogs during peak shopping seasons.
  3. Shipping Carriers & TrackingA tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
    • U.S. orders: Real-time tracking via USPS, covering full delivery.
    • Canadian orders: Allow 48 hours for tracking updates; after leaving the U.S., check local postal service portals for the latest status (customs may delay updates).
  4. Lost/Delayed ShipmentsIf your package is delayed or marked “delivered” but not received:
    • U.S. Orders: Check with family, neighbors, or building management; contact USPS with your tracking number. Reach out to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
    • Canadian Orders: Allow an extra 5–7 days for customs/transit delays; check local postal services or customs (packages may be held for duties). Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
