- Free from stains, damage, or signs of use
Final sale items and custom/personalized products are non-returnable.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap sizes, colors, or styles:
- Place a new order for your desired item.
- Return the original item per our guidelines for a refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact our support team immediately.

- Clear photos (required for defective/wrong items—show the issue and original packaging)
Wait for our approval (do not ship without confirmation—unauthorized returns won’t be processed). Follow our provided return instructions once approved.
