Return Window

Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery (per your tracking number). Returns requested after this period are not accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, damage, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and custom/personalized products are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap sizes, colors, or styles:
  1. Place a new order for your desired item.
  2. Return the original item per our guidelines for a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact our support team immediately.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Return reason (e.g., “ill-fitting item,” “defective product”)
  • Clear photos (required for defective/wrong items—show the issue and original packaging)
Wait for our approval (do not ship without confirmation—unauthorized returns won’t be processed). Follow our provided return instructions once approved.

Refund Processing

We inspect returned items upon receipt. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Bank/card issuers may take additional time to post the refund (beyond our control).

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank statement (refunds may appear as a “credit”).
  2. Contact your bank for processing timelines.
  3. If still missing, email us with your order number for investigation.

Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. We only refund the product price (original shipping fees refunded only if required by law due to our error).
