Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We support a range of secure, widely trusted payment options to ensure a seamless checkout experience. You can pay with:

Visa

Mastercard

American Express

All payments are processed via a PCI DSS–compliant third-party payment gateway, ensuring industry-standard security. For your protection, we do not store full card details on our servers—your financial information is encrypted end-to-end during transmission and handling.

Currency & Pricing

To ensure pricing transparency and avoid unexpected exchange fluctuations, your order is always billed in the local currency of your shipping destination:

United States → Prices and final charges are in USD (U.S. Dollars)

Canada → Prices and final charges are in CAD (Canadian Dollars)

Note: The currency selector on our site is for display purposes only—it helps you preview approximate prices in your preferred currency. However, the amount charged to your card at checkout will always reflect the currency tied to your shipping address (as above).

If your card is issued outside the billing country, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fees. These charges are determined solely by your financial institution and are outside our control.

Order Authorization & Payment Timing

Upon placing an order, your bank may place a temporary pre-authorization hold for the full amount. This is a standard verification step to confirm fund availability—it is not a final charge.

The actual payment is only captured once your order is confirmed and enters processing. If your payment is declined or requires additional verification (e.g., due to billing address mismatch or security alerts), we may reach out to confirm your details. In cases where verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order to safeguard against fraud.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., the same credit or debit card).

Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, though final posting may vary depending on your bank’s internal timelines. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated—use this to track the status with your financial institution.
